Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit and a select grouping of items that fall into our Llama Luxe sub-brand category.
Refunds and exchanges for standard products:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email/Call us within 7 days of receiving the product at support@decorllama.com to notify us of the damage. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available a credit will be issued.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges for Llama Luxe products:
If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Return Authorization Required: All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Décor Llama. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns must be freight prepaid by the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
